Dinsdag heeft de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van ADO Den Haag NV besloten de Directie te benoemen die in de komende tijd de club zal leiden in aansluiting op wat in de afgelopen tijd al is bereikt en naar het realiseren van hogere ambities voor de toekomst.
De Directie zal bestaan uit:
• Mohammed Hamdi als statutair directeur en CEO;
• Henrik-Jan Rinner als statutair directeur en CFO;
• Frans van Steenis als (aanstaand) nieuw te benoemen lid van de Raad van Commissarissen, in de rol van gedelegeerd commissaris binnen het Directieteam;
• Kees Jansma, gevraagd om toe te treden als bestuursadviseur.
Samen met Manager Voetbalzaken Jeffrey van As vertegenwoordigen zij een goede mix van talent en ervaring met een breed commercieel en zakelijk netwerk en kennis van de sportwereld. Alles wat ADO Den Haag voor de toekomst nodig heeft.
Naar verwachting zal Mohammed Hamdi binnenkort kunnen aantreden. Tot die tijd is Henrik-Jan Rinner CEO ad interim. Frans van Steenis en Kees Jansma zijn gevraagd op parttime basis de Directie te versterken op basis van nog nader te maken afspraken.

This Tuesday, August 20th, on the proposal of the majority shareholder United Vansen the ADO Den Haag NV General Meeting has appointed Mr. Mohammed Hamdi to become the successor of Mattijs Manders as CEO of ADO Den Haag.
Mohammed Hamdi has a history of working at ADO Den Haag some five years ago. Since then he acquired relevant experience, working for sports marketing company Lagardère Sports where he was not only responsible for UEFA EURO 2016 project, but also had a commercial and marketing responsibility for the growth of the commercial portfolio of some Dutch football clubs. After this he became associate director at Infront Sports & Media (at that time taken over by the Chinese Wanda Group). Recently he worked in the United Arab Emirates for the football club of H.H. Sheikh Mansour, also owner of City Football Group. At Al-Jazira SCC, Mohammed Hamdi was responsible for marketing communication, budget and policy plans, strategic plans and partnerships.
Mr. Hamdi will be joined in the Management Board by statutory director and CFO Henrik-Jan Rinner as well as Mr. Frans van Steenis and Mr. Kees Jansma, both of whom have been asked to contribute with their experience and networks in the worlds of commerce and sports on a part-time basis, and can offer advice and assistance in these fields. Both have expressed readiness to join on the basis of arrangements to be agreed in due course.
ADO Den Haag’s shareholders want to thank Henrik-Jan Rinner, who took care of ADO Den Haag as interim-CEO since the departure of Mr. Manders, and will continue to be statutory director and CFO.
