Explanation of ADO Den Haag Account Registration

Purchasing Tickets for ADO Den Haag? One-Time Registration required!

From the 2022-2023 season, ADO Den Haag faces stricter requirements regarding ticket sales. Unfortunately, during the first half of the season, the sale of individual tickets was not permitted. However, fortunately, due to a transition to a new ticketing system and the implementation of identification/verification processes, this is now possible again. This requires a new registration to be completed and a number of steps to be followed. This is a one-time process, and once completed, you can easily purchase a ticket in the future.

Not Yet Registered? Follow the steps below

  1. Register a new ADO Den Haag account.
  2. Complete your ADO Den Haag account.
  3. Within your ADO Den Haag account, click on 'My Linked Accounts'.
  4. You need to purchase an ADO Den Haag account for a one-time fee of EUR 1.
  5. Verify your account through an IDIN check!
  6. Successful?! The IDIN check is completed within a maximum of 24 hours!
  7. Now, you can (now and in the future) easily purchase a ticket.

STEP 1: REGISTER AN ADO DEN HAAG ACCOUNT

Enter login.adodenhaag.nl in your search bar to reach a page where you can register as an ADO Den Haag supporter. First, click on 'register'.

STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR ADO DEN HAAG ACCOUNT

Fill in all your details and click 'register' again. After this, you will receive a confirmation email at the specified email address (you can register one account per email address). Click 'Activate' in the received email and confirm your email address. You can now log in with your specified email address and password.

STEP 3: MY LINKED ACCOUNTS

Once logged in, you are in your own online ADO Den Haag environment. Fill in any missing details in your profile and click 'proceed' to save them. Next to the profile update, you will also find the 'My Preferences' tab, where you can directly specify which type of mailings you wish to receive. Once your ADO Den Haag account is complete, you are ready to link it to your ticket account. Click on 'My Linked Accounts' in the tab and then click on the 'Ticket Account' link. You will be directly forwarded to the ticketing environment.

STEP 4: PURCHASE AN ADO DEN HAAG ACCOUNT FOR A ONE-TIME FEE OF EUR 1

Within the ADO Den Haag ticketing environment, you will see an overview page with matches. To purchase a ticket, you need to purchase an ADO Den Haag account. This costs EUR 1 and enables you to purchase tickets in the future. Click on the last tab, 'ADO Den Haag Account'. On this page, you can add the ADO Den Haag account and then proceed to checkout. Do this by clicking on 'complete order'.

STEP 5: VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH AN IDIN CHECK

The final important step is to verify your account. Once you have purchased an ADO Den Haag account and are logged in to the ticketing environment, your name will appear at the top right. Click on your name, and a menu will appear. Click 'identify' within this menu and then 'verify'. Choose the bank where you have an account and verify your account.

STEP 6: SUCCESSFUL?! NOTE THAT VERIFICATION CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS

If you have completed all the above steps, you are almost there. However, it can take up to 24 hours for your complete registration to be finalized. Log in within the ADO Den Haag ticketing environment a day later and order your ticket for a home game of ADO Den Haag directly (or in the future).
