How do I register an account?
You can create an account using social login or by entering your own email and password. For social login, click on the Facebook or Google icon on the registration page. Depending on whether you are logged in, you will be asked to log in and allow permission. If you are already logged in, your account will be automatically created with the email, first name, and last name from your social account.
If you want to specify your own email and password, follow the link to 'Register' and enter your details on the page. Confirm your email and password in the provided fields. An email will then be sent with a secure link to click through and confirm your email. Click on this link, then log in with your email and password, fill in your preferences, and your new ADO Den Haag Account is ready for use!
How do I link my existing Season or Club Card?
Follow the steps below to link your registration to your ADO Den Haag Season or Club Card.
- Go to the ADO Den Haag ticket shop.
- Click on login at the top right of the screen and log in (registration of an ADO Den Haag account is required for this).
- You will be asked if you are an existing user or if you want to link your account.
- Click on the green 'link account' button to link your ADO Den Haag account to your ticket shop account.
My details are already known, so why do I need to fill them in again?
To take advantage of the benefits mentioned above. A new environment has been developed, and it is important that everyone registers (again) once. Existing products (Season, Club Cards, and ADO Kids memberships) will be automatically linked to your (new) personal account.
Email Address
Season and Club Card holders do not need to actively link if they log in with the same email address. If you have not logged in with the email address already known to us, we ask you to do so so that you can view your Season and Club Card. Once this link has been made, you can then easily change your email address yourself.
Identification via IDIN
Club Card holders and supporters who want to purchase a ticket must identify their profile before they can purchase a ticket.
- Click on your name in the ticketing environment at the top right of the screen.
- Click on identification.
- Follow the flow and log in at your bank.
- Once this is completed, your identification is complete.
Identification for Children
If you do not have your own bank account, you can verify your account once by showing your Passport or ID card in the Fanstore or before a match at the Stadium Ticket Office. However, it is important that you have completed the first steps (up to identification).
If you are under 18 and have your own bank account (in your name), you can go through the online verification via IDIN.
Why do I need to carry out an IDIN identification?
iDIN can be used to check whether the details you entered when creating an ADO Den Haag account match the details of your bank. This way, ADO Den Haag can apply registered ticket sales in the name and meet the set conditions for ticket sales. The details that are checked are your name in combination with your date of birth. ADO Den Haag does not have access to these details and only receives feedback on whether the name and date of birth match.
IDIN Verification Not Working
If you are unable to complete your IDIN verification, this could be due to a number of reasons:
- Joint Account: A joint account can cause the system not to recognize and verify your name. The name provided at registration must match the name registered with the bank.
- Married Name Used: The name for verification must match one-to-one.
- Interfixes: For interfixes with the last name, do not place these in the same column as the last name. Place an interfix at registration in the designated column (interfix).
- Spaces in the Name: You may have (accidentally) added a space in your name. This can cause an error message.
- Date of Birth: Finally, it may be that you used a different date of birth. Note! The combination between name and date of birth must match exactly.

Purchased Card but Can't Download the E-Ticket
Great that you managed to register. After purchasing a ticket, it may take a while before you can download your E-ticket. After a maximum of 60 minutes, you can show or download your E-ticket, which gives you access to the respective match. Just before a match, this processing time is shorter, allowing you to order a ticket on the match day and have it visible immediately.
